Wore heavy jewellery to get the Banjara look

Two years ago, Urmila had told in the reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ that she wore so much jewellery to get the Banjara look in the film. When she was doing a photo session for the song, Rajkumar Santoshi had also asked her that her jewellery was not too much. Then the actress did not change her look saying that it is necessary to become like a Banjara. Which she regretted later while shooting.

Haseena’s jewellery weighed 15 kg. She wore it on her head, neck, hands and feet. She made a braid with a middle partition in her hair and then wore a matha patti. In which a lot of small ghungroos were hanging, and on top there was also a bodla. Under this double layer matha patti, she also wore an accessory with colourful beads, and her earrings were also quite heavy.

Similarly, she wore a big necklace with a choker made of beads around her neck, which was as big as the length of her blouse.
