Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has told how her life has been disciplined from the beginning. She gives the credit for this to her parents and her army background. Recently Anushka attended an event in Mumbai and while talking to the media, she also told the story of her upbringing. She told what kind of upbringing her father has given to his/her children to maintain discipline.

Anushka’s father was in the army. Anushka, daughter of army officer Colonel Ajay Kumar Sharma, is proud of her background. She said, ‘I think one thing that my parents did very naturally and I think because I am from an army background, we have lived a very disciplined life.’ Anushka said, ‘If we used to throw too many tantrums at the dinner table and did not want to eat anything, then our father did not shout at us. he/she would just say, ‘Please get up, but you will eat this when you are hungry.’

Anushka further said, ‘I think these things are very important. We used to value whatever our parents did for us.
