I am saying with a lot of responsibility that in the next 10 years, good governance, development, quality of life in the lives of citizens is a personal dream of mine. The lesser the interference of the government in the life of a common man, the stronger will be the democracy.’

Special focus on women empowerment

BJP had put a special focus on women voters in the election campaign. PM Modi did not forget to mention women in his/her first speech after the election results. Remembering his/her late mother, he/she said, ‘Today’s moment is an emotional moment for me personally. This was my first election after my mother passed away. But believe me, the mothers, sisters and daughters of the country did not let me feel the absence of my mother. Wherever I went, I got blessings. Women in the country broke all voting records.
