AAP promised Mahila Samman Yojana (Rs 2,100 monthly assistance to every woman), water bill waiver, free bus travel to male students, and 50% discount in metro fare for all students. At the same time, BJP had promised to provide a monthly assistance of Rs 2,500 to women, Holi and free gas cylinders on Diwali.
