Tomorrow’s weather September 12, 2024: Monsoon is raining heavily in many states of the country including Delhi-NCR. The weather became pleasant due to heavy rain on Thursday. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for tomorrow. Apart from Delhi, there is a possibility of rain tomorrow in states including Rajasthan, UP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Haryana. Yellow alert for rain in Delhi

The spell of rain continues in the capital Delhi. The weather has been pleasant for the last few days. Heavy traffic jams were seen at many places after the rain this morning. Weather officials said that six millimetres of rain was recorded in Delhi during the 24 hours till 8:30 am. The weather department has issued a yellow alert for tomorrow and has predicted cloudy weather with moderate rain. Pollution has also reduced after the rain in Delhi.

Heavy rain predicted in Uttar Pradesh, red and orange alert issued

Issuing ‘Red’ and ‘Orange’ alerts for several districts of Uttar Pradesh, heavy rains have been forecast in the next 48 hours. Mathura and Agra have been put under ‘Red Alert’. Apart from this, ‘Orange’ alert has been issued for more than a dozen other districts of the state. Red alert for Mathura and Agra will remain till Thursday. Apart from this, red alert has also been issued for Farrukhabad, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur for Thursday and Friday.

The rain will continue in Rajasthan for a few more days

The weather department has predicted that heavy and very heavy rains will continue for a few more days in many areas of Rajasthan. According to the weather center Jaipur, a low pressure area has again become a depression today and is currently over north-eastern Madhya Pradesh and it is strongly expected to move in the north-west direction towards western Uttar Pradesh in the next 24 hours. According to the weather department, monsoon is likely to remain active in most parts of eastern Rajasthan for the next 3-4 days and moderate to heavy rains are likely. Similarly, heavy and very heavy rains are likely to continue on 12-13 September at some places in Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota and Ajmer divisions.
