We can beat any team… Big statement by USA’s vice-captain


The American team has reached the Super-8 of the T20 World Cup.The American team had defeated Pakistan in Super-8.America also presented a tough challenge to India.

New Delhi. America’s vice captain Aaron Jones said that if his/her team plays cricket to its potential, it can beat any team in the world. America made it to the Super 8 of the T20 World Cup after its match against Ireland was washed out due to rain. America, which is participating in this tournament for the first time, defeated Canada by seven wickets in Group A and Pakistan in the Super Over.

Jones said during a media interaction, “We are definitely excited about the challenge of the Super 8. In the last two weeks we have shown that we can compete and beat some of the full member countries of the ICC.” In the Super 8, America will face South Africa, West Indies and possibly England and Jones said that his/her team is ready to give a tough challenge to these big teams.

It was a little beneficial for us but certainly if we play the right cricket and believe that we can beat any team in the world, then we can do it. ” America has also qualified for the T20 World Cup to be held in 2026 by making it to the Super 8.

Jones said, “It means a lot to us. For the last two years we were talking about playing in the World Cup, playing more matches against full member countries and similar topics. We performed well here and it is great to enter the Super 8. ” he/she said, “We have also qualified for the World Cup to be held in 2026 and this is a big achievement for us. This is not only good news for us but also for the fans of America and the new generation. “
