New Delhi. Indian cricket team’s experienced batsman Virat Kohli left for America for the T20 World Cup. Star batsman Kohli had decided to delay going to the USA after a long and tiring IPL 2024 season. The Indian contingent had decided to go in two batches. The first batch left on May 25 under the leadership of captain Rohit Sharma. While the second batch went two days later. IPL 2024 was great for Virat. his/her bat made a lot of noise. he/she scored the most 741 runs in the recently concluded 17th season of IPL. he/she was awarded the Orange Cap. However, his/her team RCB could not go beyond the playoffs.

Virat Kohli had decided not to travel with any batch. Instead, he/she decided to stay in India for some time. This 5-day delay gave him/her a chance to recharge himself and spend some precious time with his/her family and friends off the field.
