It is entirely the responsibility of the parents to raise children properly. The failure and achievements of the child largely depend on the upbringing of the parents. What a child will become, how he/she will think, how he/she will behave, what kind of person he/she will become, all these things depend on what he/she has learned from his/her parents.

Vikas Divyakirti, founder of Drishti IAS Coaching Centre, gave an example to explain what proper parenting is. If you are also a parent, then you will also get to learn a lot from the example given by Vikas. So let us know what example has been given by Vikas Divyakirti.

Parents should teach their children that there is no harm in failing. You learn something even from failure and you come to know where you have made a mistake or where you have fallen short. With this you do not repeat your mistake and become stronger.
