Vidya Balan is making more reels on social media than films, told how and when she got addicted to this

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is making a lot of reels on social media these days and is also in a lot of discussion about it these days. Vidya stepped into social media two years ago and now she has talked about making reels. She told where and how she got addicted to making these reels.

Talking about her experience of making a reel and going viral on social media, Vidya said, ‘About two years ago I was shooting for the film Niyat in London, during this time I had a lot of time. My manager told me why don’t we make a reel.’

Love from social media as soon as the first video went viral

Vidya fell in love with social media after her first video went viral. With this, she started feeling connected to social media. After that the actress did not stop. Since then, she is constantly making reels on social media to entertain her fans.

“I’m just having fun, to be honest.”

The actress, who has 9.4 million followers on Instagram, said, “I used to make a reel in a month or two. I have time to shoot a reel and I was just having fun. When it went viral, I realised I did what I love and people are enjoying it too. So I started doing it regularly. I am honestly just having fun.”

Vidya will be seen in the upcoming film ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 3’

Vidya was last seen on screen in the romantic comedy ‘Do Aur Do Pyaar’ directed by Shirsha Guha. It also stars Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz and Sendhil Ramamurthy. Vidya will reportedly be seen in the upcoming film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ soon. She will once again entertain the audience as Manjulika. Kartik Aryan and Tripti Dimri will also be seen in this film along with Vidya.
‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ Part One, which released in 2007, was directed by Priyadarshan. It also featured Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Joshi, Asrani and Vikram Gokhale. The film was reportedly made on a small budget of Rs 32 crore. But it emerged as the eighth highest grossing Hindi film of 2007. The film earned Rs 82.837 crore worldwide.
