Vicky, accused in Salman Khan firing case, made shocking claims in his/her bail plea

The firing incident at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment on April 14 shocked everyone. Now it has been more than three months since this incident. The actor later recorded his/her statement and claimed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang had fired at his/her house. Now the latest update in this case is that an accused has claimed that he/she was influenced by Bishnoi, due to which he/she took this step. he/she did not want to harm the actor in any way. Vicky Gupta, an accused in the case, filed a bail plea before a special court constituted under the MCOCA Act on Monday, August 5. According to a report by new agency PTI, Vicky Gupta has said in his/her plea that he/she is inspired by the ‘principles’ adopted by Lawrence Bishnoi in his/her life.

Vicky did not receive a call from Lawrence Bishnoi

The accused have also alleged that Bishnoi, who is lodged in Sabarmati jail, has been wrongly named in the case. The gangster has no role in the firing incident. Vicky Gupta further said that shots were fired at Salman Khan’s house due to the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. The accused alleged that he/she did not receive any call from Lawrence Bishnoi.

Shooter Vicky had come to Mumbai for money

The shooter claimed that he/she hails from a remote village in Bihar and had lost his/her job in Tamil Nadu during the Covid-19 pandemic. he/she later contacted his/her accused partner Sagar Pal. The accused said that he/she was in debt, which led him/her to commit the crime. Reportedly, the accused also said that there was no intention to harm Salman Khan in the firing incident.

This claim has been made in the bail petition

According to the report of ‘Indian Express’, the bail plea filed through advocates Amit Mishra and Pankaj Ghildiyal states that the applicant was influenced by Lawrence Bishnoi’s social media. It also mentions that he/she was connected with the principles of Bishnoi who was a follower of Bhagat Singh.

Accused Vicky was not aware

The petition states that his/her co-accused Sagar had informed him/her about coming to Mumbai for a ‘religious mission’. Vicky was in dire need of money to support his/her family and hence he/she had come to the city. The petition further states that he/she had no knowledge about the alleged incident till April 13.
