US IT companies need Indian workers? American employee claims, tells how the current situation is

US Tech Jobs: Recently, there was a lot of controversy in America regarding the H-1B visa given to skilled workers. Indian workers should be the biggest target in this dispute, because Indians are at the forefront in obtaining H-1B visas. People claimed that American people were losing their jobs because of Indian skilled workers. Indians are getting jobs in the tech industry instead of Americans. Once again a similar discussion has started, at the center of which is a Reddit post.
Actually, an engineer has posted a post on the social media platform Reddit, in which he/she has claimed that American tech companies want Indian workers. he/she has told how IT companies are giving priority to hiring Indian workers instead of hiring Americans. The American engineer says that he/she feels sorry for the people studying in America, because they are not going to get jobs and they have no one to save them from this problem.

What did the American engineer say?

In the Reddit post, the American engineer said, “I am working as a mid-level engineer in FAANG and many of the organizations in my company have started building teams in India. However, the entire organization is present in the US only. he/she said that any new appointments will be made from India in place of the people leaving from the American teams. Therefore, all the new appointments will be done entirely in India, because to protect them from this, it has been bad for them. There is no one.”

Actually, FAANG means Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Google. FAANG is formed by combining the initial letters of these companies. The companies included in FAANG also have offices in India. Apart from this, a large number of Indians also work in these companies. Through this post, the American engineer has tried to tell about the current situation of the US IT industry. This post has come at a time when voices of protest have already been raised against Indians in America.
