To apply for the post of Geologist Group A, candidates should have a degree in Geological Science/Applied Geology/Geo Exploration/Mineral Exploration/Engineering Geology/Marine Geology etc. from a recognized university. Candidates who have done Masters in Science subjects can fill the form for the post of Geophysicist Group A. For Chemist Group A and Scientist B, one should have a degree of MSc Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry. Geology Sarkari Naukri: Age Limit

• Age Limit- To apply in this recruitment, the minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years and maximum age should be 32 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1 January 2025.
• Application Fee- During application, candidates of General/OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200. Whereas there is no fee for women and candidates of other reserved categories.
• Pre and Mains Exam Date- The pre-exam for UPSC Geologist Recruitment will be conducted on 09 February 2025. The main exam will be conducted on 21-22 June 2025.
