UPSC Engineering Services Recruitment 2025: An important information has come out for the youth preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination. Recently, UPSC has released the official notification of Engineering Service Examination (UPSC ESE 2025) recruitment. After which the application process has started on 18 September 2024 on the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. At the same time, the last date to submit the application form is 8 October 2024.

UPSC ESE 2025 Eligibility: Educational Qualification

To apply for this UPSC exam, candidates must have an engineering degree from a recognized university in the relevant field/stream. Candidates who are in the last year of engineering course can also apply for the Engineering Services Examination. UPSC ESE Exam Date 2024: Age Limit

• Age Limit- To appear in this UPSC exam, the minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years and maximum age should be less than 30 years on 1 January 2025. That is, the candidates should not be born before 2 January 1995 and after 1 January 2004. However, relaxation in the upper age limit has been provided for reserved categories as per the rules.
• Application Fee- While applying for UPSC ESE exam, candidates of general and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200. At the same time, there is no examination fee for SC/ST/PH category candidates.
• UPSC ESE Preliminary Exam Date- The prelims exam of Engineer Services Exam is likely to be held on 8 February 2025.
