UPPSC RO ARO Exam 2024: Pattern of UP RO-ARO exam changed, now there will be only one paper

UPPSC RO ARO Exam 2024 Prelims: An important and significant information has come to light for the candidates preparing for UP RO-ARO Exam 2024. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has made a major change in the RO-ARO Recruitment Examination (UPPSC RO ARO Re Exam). According to the new information, there will now be only one paper in the RO-ARO prelims exam instead of two. General Studies and General Hindi paper will not be taken separately. The question paper of both will be together.

UP RO-ARO 2024 New Paper Pattern: Now there will be only one paper

UPPSC has made changes in the Review Officer-Assistant Review Officer (RO-ARO) examination proposed on December 22. Now there will be only one question paper in this examination. Earlier there used to be two separate question papers of General Studies and Hindi, but now in one question paper there will be 140 questions of General Studies and 60 questions of Hindi. The exam will now be of three hours instead of two. That is why the candidates now have to direct their further preparation and practice according to this new pattern.

These changes made by UPPSC in the Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer examinations will also be applicable in the paper to be held in December. Let us tell you that the process of filling a total of 411 posts through R-ARO Recruitment 2023 is going on. It is noteworthy that the preliminary examination for this recruitment was earlier conducted on 11 February 2024. However, later this examination was canceled due to paper leak. After which the government had decided to conduct the examination again. According to the new calendar of UPPSC, now this examination will be held again on 22 December 2024.

To get selected for the post of Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO), after the prelims examination to be held in December, candidates will also have to appear in the main examination. In which only shortlisted candidates will be able to sit in the preliminary examination.
