UP University Admission 2024: Admission counseling in two universities of UP from September 2, know the fees and rules

AKTU M.Tech Admission 2024: The last date for counselling for admission to MTech courses running at AKTU’s Center for Advanced Studies (CAS) has been fixed. Online applications are still being accepted. The process of application for MTech courses for the academic session 2024-25 is still going on at AKTU. Dean Academics Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma said that applications for MTech courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology and Automation, Nanotechnology and Energy Science and Technology streams can be applied till August 31.

There are a total of 90 seats in five streams of MTech. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has granted permission for admission to 18 seats each in all streams. Those who pass GATE will also be given a monthly stipend as per AICTE rules. Counseling will be held from September 3.

Direct Admission for GATE pass

Those who pass the GATE and CUET PG 2024 exams will get direct admission. To apply, it is mandatory to have a degree of B.Tech, MCA and MSc (according to the stream). Candidates without passing GATE and CUET will also be able to apply in M.Tech. Instructions have been issued for this. All the information has been uploaded on the website.

Rehabilitation University: Counseling for M.Sc Statistics on 2 September

Under the admission process for the academic session 2024-25 at Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University, the first merit list of MSc Statistics and the second merit list of MPO have been released. Candidates can check the list on the university website. Rehabilitation University spokesperson Dr. Yashwant Veeroday said that the counseling for MSc Statistics will be held on September 2. Candidates will have to appear in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in Room No. 107 on the first floor of Academic Block A-1 by 10 am.

Candidates have to appear before the admission committee at the time of counseling with self-attested photocopies of their documents, original copies and the prescribed fee. They will also have to bring photocopies of online application, 10th, 12th and graduation mark sheets and degrees and four passport size photographs. The course fee for non-disabled persons is Rs 19,805 and for disabled persons it is Rs 9305.

MPO counseling on 4 September

The second merit list of MPO course has been released by the Rehabilitation University. Counseling for this will be organized on September 4. Candidates included in the list have to undergo counseling in room number 6 on the third floor of the Artificial Limb and Rehabilitation Center from 10 am to 3 pm.
