The CM said that while preparing the annual calendar in educational institutions, ensure that unless there is an unavoidable situation, the annual examinations should be completed by May 15. Also keep in mind that every school must have playgrounds. Yogi said that the curriculum should be in the local language. Along with this, we should also make our youth aware of other languages. Being multilingual is not only employment oriented but also makes the personality effective.

There is a special emphasis on knowledge, skill development and employment-oriented education in the education policy. Encourage the youth for entrepreneurship. These subjects should be kept at the center while preparing the curriculum. All the trainees associated with the Apprentice Scheme should be paid on time. The CM also directed to complete the construction of Abhyudaya Composite School and CM Model Composite School soon.

The target of enrollment rate in UP is 50%

CM said that we have set the target of one district-one university. This will help in increasing the enrollment rate. The target should be to increase it from 25% to 50% in 10 years. Registration of all students should be mandatory on the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) platform. All credit transfers should be done through this platform. Multiple entry and multiple exit system should be implemented.

While organizing the pre-primary education system, today about 88,000 Anganwadi centers have been redesigned as ‘Bal Vatika’. Make Bal Vatika useful. Develop it as a center where children develop a passion for learning.

Sankrityayan Peeth will be opened in Azamgarh

Yogi also directed to establish a research centre in the name of writer and thinker Rahul Sankrityayan in Maharaja Suheldev State University, Azamgarh. he/she said that this centre will provide a proper platform to the youth for research and study on the personality and work of Sankrityayan. The CM also directed to provide vocational training facilities in all government schools and add trades related to ODOP in it.

Separate institution for agricultural education institutes

The CM said that ‘There are immense opportunities in agricultural education, research and investigation. The courses have increased, the students have increased. Today, incubation centers are being established in all four agricultural universities. Centers of Excellence have started. In such a situation, a systematic institution is needed for the regulation of agricultural education institutions. An institution like Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Research Council (UPKAR) can be useful in this regard. Necessary steps should be taken in this direction. DIET should also be developed as a Center of Excellence for teachers training.’
