Uniparts India IPO: The IPO of engineering systems and solutions provider company Uniparts India has opened on Wednesday, November 30, and investors can invest in this IPO till December 2. Uniparts India plans to raise Rs 835.61 crore through this IPO.
What is the price band of the issue
The company has fixed a price band of Rs 548-577 per share for the shares in the IPO. The lot size in this is 25 shares and investors can buy a maximum of 13 lots. Axis Capital, DAM Capital Advisors and JM Financial are the book running lead managers to this public issue.
This IPO is OFS based
This IPO is completely Offer for Sale (OFS) and the company is not issuing any new shares to the investors. The promoter group entity and existing investors will sell up to 14,481,942 equity shares (about 1.44 crore shares) in the form of an offer for sale. Among the promoters, Karan Soni 2018 CG-NG Nevada Trust, Mehar Soni 2018 CG-NG Nevada Trust, Pamela Soni, Ashoka Investment Holdings and Ambadevi Mauritius Holding Company are about to sell their stake.

The allotment of shares in Uniparts India’s IPO can happen on December 7 and the listing of its shares is likely to happen on December 12, 2022.
