Uttarakhand Subordinate Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released the notification for the recruitment to the post of Jail Guard under Group C. UKSSSC Jail Guard (UKSSSC Jail Guard Recruitment 2021) The online link to apply will be activated on 01 July 2021 on the official website.

A total of 213 vacancies of Uttarakhand Jail Guard will be filled through UKSSSC Recruitment 2021 drive. Of these, 200 vacancies are for male candidates and 13 for female candidates.

Who can apply?
Educational Qualification: To apply for the post of Jail Guard, the candidate should have passed 12th (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification. Candidates must have good understanding of Devanagari Hindi.
Age: Applicants age should be between 21 years to 35 years.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Physical Endurance Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Objective Type Multiple Choice Question Based Written Test.

Application fee
Unreserved category applicants will have to pay Rs 300 while SC/ ST/ EWS category candidates will have to pay Rs 150.

the wages
Candidates who get the job after clearing all the eligibility and examination for the post of Uttarakhand Jail Guard will be given salary from Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 under Pay Level-12.
