First drawback: UGC NET Admit Card

In many NTA exams including NET, admit cards are deposited in the examination hall itself. Candidates cannot take them back with them. This year, NTA started the system of pasting hologram stickers on the admit card at the registration desk before sitting in the exam hall. This is an extra step introduced for candidate verification. Hologram will be pasted on the admit card only if the Aadhaar card and biometric match. After that, the candidate will go to the exam hall. But a student who went to take the exam at a center in Prayagraj said that the stickers were pasted after the exam started.
