Tusshar Kapoor Interview: Due to shooting, he/she could not see his/her son’s face for many days, but he/she is intelligent.

Tusshar Kapoor revealed that he/she posts on social media and walks away. They do not spend much time here because there is constant surveillance. he/she also talked about his/her son and told that he/she is very intelligent. Also told about the show.

Tusshar Kapoor, actor and producer of films like ‘Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai’, ‘Gayab’, ‘Khakee’, ‘Kya Kool Hain Hum’, ‘Golmaal’, and ‘The Dirty Picture’ also feels that OTT has come to his/her liking. Season two of his/her web series 10th June Night has also arrived on OTT. A special conversation with him/her. Recently you said in one of your interviews that being a star kid, you were repeatedly dragged down, you had to face many challenges?
-Yes, it is true. There is more pressure on you. You are constantly monitored. Earlier these things had a deep impact on me, but now I have understood these things. There is a part of the media and industry that they have one thing in their mind that if this is someone’s son or daughter, then why should this person go ahead? And even if he/she goes ahead, how do we find his/her shortcomings, how do we bring him/her down? As long as he/she is climbing, how to bring him/her down? I am not saying that the entire industry or the entire media is like this, there are some people who think like this, but yes, the audience is not like this at all. The audience is transparent. They judge the artist on the basis of his/her work. Fan following of an actor cannot be because of being someone’s son or daughter. Their only intention is value for money entertainment, so I keep the audience in mind and ignore the rest of the noise of negativity around me.

You have also seen the era without social media, but now how do you handle the internet world and trolls?
– I am not very active on social media. I post my post and leave. I don’t comment much on these platforms because sometimes it becomes too toxic. I have noticed that when you are on social media a lot, then things of this world keep roaming in your mind and force you to overthink. I don’t pay attention to trolls. Today social media has become so big that you can lose yourself here. Today, things like cyber crime are also increasing, so it is right to use it limitedly. We are seeing that the society has also changed. Today there is a lot of negativity and also the competition to earn money as quickly as possible through this medium.

Talking about your series ’10th June Night Season 2′, you had to do a lot of night shooting for it. During that time, being a single parent, how did you manage your work along with taking care of your son Lakshya?
-Its shooting started in January and shooting continued for two months. There was a gap in March and then shooting in May and June. During that time, the shooting schedule was so hectic that sometimes I could not even see his/her face. Many times it happened that I could not even meet him/her for three-four days. Many times I would just look at your face while coming and going. But now that he/she is eight years old, he/she has become quite intelligent and self-reliant. he/she thought that I was at work and he/she was also busy in his/her school and school activities. I have my parents and a sister to take care of him/her. Nowadays children have a lot of activities in school. Lakshya also plays football. Since I was on a night shoot, I would somehow manage to attend her open house or parent-teacher meeting or any other school work in the afternoon. This is how I have managed my work and her. On days when I was off, we, father and son, would spend a lot of time together and pull out all the stops.

As a single parent, when did you feel most proud of your son?
-I feel proud of him/her every day, because he/she is a very balanced boy. She is very intelligent, but being a father, I am very cautious about her upbringing. I can’t think that because I am a father, I am doing everything right. Like sometimes I feel that I should not talk loudly in front of him/her or encourage him/her more in some area.

The name of your character in the series is Panauti. When did you experience a turning point in your career?
-Many times there comes a phase in your career when you feel that things are not going right. When times are bad in my career, I feel that whatever I am doing, my hard work is not paying off and it will probably be a waste. Like my film ‘Lakshmi’, it took 7 years to make. That was my first film as a producer. I had bought the rights of the film (Kanchana) in 2013, but there were hurdles in its casting, there were many other hurdles and then I thought whether this is Shani or Panauti? But I would like to say one thing that no matter how bad the times are, you should not give up. One should not accept it as a solution and give up courage and keep working hard. You can also change your destiny with your hard work.

You said that luck can be changed through hard work, but your faith in numerology is also visible. You have used double S in the spelling of you and your son Lakshya? -To be honest, I don’t have much idea about these things, but my family believes in numerology and they introduced me to a numerologist. he/she said that if I add double S in my name, it will be good for me. It is not that I believe or not, I have obeyed my family and nowadays everyone does. Someone consults numerology. Actors have changed their names. My sister (Ekta Kapoor) has also got numerology done. I don’t know that much about it, but I think there must be something in it that people believe in it so much.
