MCD Result 2022: The result is to come today (December 7) in the Delhi MCD elections. The counting of votes will start from 8 am. The Delhi Election Commission has set up a total of 42 centers for counting of votes. 68 election observers have already been appointed for the counting of votes. In the exit polls that came before the result, the Aam Aadmi Party seems to be getting a huge majority.
If the exit polls turn into results, then this time the BJP is being discharged from the MCD. The Aam Aadmi Party is going to form the government in the Municipal Corporation with a huge majority, while the BJP will now play the role of the main opposition party. However, BJP and Congress do not trust the exit polls. Both the parties claim that the result will come in their favor.
Congress raised questions on exit polls
Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party have been completely rejected by the exit polls. Congress party’s Delhi state president Anil Chaudhary tweeted, “TV channels have shown surveys regarding MCD elections, but no one has clarified their methodology. The question is? 1) Is the survey telephonic, or door-to-door?” Data was collected by going? 2) How many successful samples of minority community were done? 3) What methods were adopted to convert vote % to seat?”
