At Auto Expo 2023, Tata Motors has introduced the Altroz iCNG variant, sharing the stage with the Altroz Racer performance variant. The new Tata Altroz iCNG is likely to be launched later this year. Notably, the Tata Altroz iCNG comes with brand new twin-cylinder technology, which optimizes cargo space in the boot.
Look and Design
The Tata Altroz CNG variant looks similar to the standard model of the Altroz in most parts. It is also available in top variants with full features. The company has completely removed the spare wheel and instead reworked the boot space to accommodate two small CNG tanks.
large boot space
The CNG tank has been placed low and on a flat surface, thereby making maximum use of the boot space. Interestingly, the CNG tanks are neatly placed. Due to which the users do not have to make any major compromise with the boot space for usable cargo capacity.
