Trailer of ‘Sharmaji ki Beti’ released, know when and where you can watch this film

The trailer of Tahira Kashyap’s written and directed film ‘Sharmaji Ki Beti’ has been released. It stars Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta, and Saiyami Kher in important roles. The film is presented by Applause Entertainment and produced under the banner of Ellipsis Entertainment Production. Vanshika Taparia, Arista Mehta, Sharib Hashmi and Parveen Dabas are also playing special characters in this movie. The film is based on family drama. It shows the story of three different families. In this movie, which will be streamed on Prime Video on June 28, all three families are of Sharmaji, but the story of daughters, not sons, is shown in it. Sakshi Tanwar, whose character’s name is Jyoti Sharma, is a teacher. The family has a daughter and husband. She is from a middle-class family but is unable to find time for the family. On the other hand, the other Sharmaji’s daughter is Divya Dutta, whose name is Kiran Sharma. She has come to Mumbai from Patiala with her husband, who does not give her any time at all. They remain aloof. Then comes Tanvi Sharma, played by Saiyami Kher. She is a cricketer and is dating a man who is unable to understand her passion.

Now the film ‘Sharmaji Ki Beti’ is based on the complications and problems in the personal lives of these three. Some are mothers, some are wives and some are girlfriends. They face challenges and still remain happy. They try to make their lives normal. Director Tahira Kashyap Khurana said, ‘Sharmaji Ki Beti is like a dream come true for me. This film is special for me not only because it is my first directorial venture, but also because it has given me an opportunity to understand women empowerment, a subject very close to my heart, in a better way. Each character reflects a part of my own journey, which makes it very personal.’
