Top Colleges 2025: 100 top MBA colleges in the world, IIM of India got this number, new global ranking released

Top Business Colleges in the World: In the QS Global MBA- Business Master Rankings 2025, 11 US business schools have been ranked in the top 20 and Stanford Graduate School of Business has been ranked first for the fifth consecutive year. The top 4 are US business schools, including the Wharton School, Harvard Business School and MIT. Indian business schools have also improved their rankings and three IIMs have made it to the top 100 globally. 14 full-time MBA programs in the country have been ranked in the QS global list, including three new institutions.

IIM Bangalore ranked 48th in the top in India:

Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) are considered the best in the country for management studies and this is being proved at the global level as well. In the QS ranking, IIM Bangalore is at the top with 53rd rank, while IIM Ahmedabad is ranked 60th. IIM Calcutta has secured 65th position. Indian School of Business is ranked 86th.
This year, the ranking of these IIMs has declined slightly. However, four business schools of India are in the top 100 at the global level. All three IIMs have been ranked in the top 50 in the ranking given for providing employment. Among the new institutes that have got a place in the QS ranking, IIM Kozhikode has made its debut in the 151-200 band, while Institute of Management Technology- Ghaziabad and Somaiya Vidyavihar University are included in the 251 plus band.
The Global MBA Rankings 2025 analysed 340 best global MBA programmes and master’s degrees from 58 countries and territories. These include master’s degrees in management, finance, marketing, business analytics and supply chain management. IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta have performed strongly from an employability and alumni impact perspective.

India Full Time MBA Program:

Apart from the four business schools in the top 100, 10 more business schools have made it to the QS World Rankings. These include IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow and IIM Udaipur in the 151-200 band in the 2025 rankings. Xavier School of Management is ranked 201-250. International Management Institute is also in the 201-250 list. Management Development Institute Gurgaon is in the 201-250 list.

What has been the score regarding employment:

In the global rankings based on employment, IIM Bangalore has been ranked 33rd with a score of 70.7 percent. IIM Calcutta has been ranked 34th with a score of 68.3 percent and IIM Ahmedabad has been ranked 47th with a score of 64.5 percent. Indian School of Business has been ranked 72nd with a score of 54.5 percent.

Ranking at Global Level:

At the global level, Stanford School of America is at number one. The first four places are occupied by American business schools. At number five is London Business School of UK. At number six is ​​HEC Paris School of France. At number seven is Cambridge School of UK. At number eight is Columbia Business School of America. After that are two schools from Spain. At number 11 is a French school. After that six places are occupied by American business schools. At the last place in the top 20 is SDA School of Management of Italy.
