New Delhi. Indian cricket team’s star wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant left for Australia for the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Pant got mother’s blessings before flying to Australia. The mother hugged her beloved and blessed him/her. Pant was the top scorer in the recently concluded 3-match Test series against New Zealand. he/she scored two half centuries in the Mumbai Test. Pant got the reward for his/her excellent performance in the series against New Zealand in the ICC Test rankings. Left-handed batsman Pant jumped 5 places to reach sixth position in the latest ICC rankings.

Rishabh Pant scored the highest 261 runs in 6 innings in the Test series against New Zealand. During this period his/her average was 43.50. In this series, he/she scored 3 half centuries in which his/her best score was 99 runs. Before New Zealand, Pant made a comeback in the two-match Test series against Bangladesh. he/she scored a total of 161 runs in two tests at an average of 53.66.
