There will be a decline in minimum temperature from November 10 onwards. The period of severe cold is likely to start from the last week of November. Pink cold may start in UP between 10-12 November. The Meteorological Department says that mild cold will start being felt in Punjab and Haryana after 15. There is a possibility of heavy rain on Sunday. Today, yellow alert of heavy rain is issued in Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Virudhunagar, Theni, Madurai, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram, Dindigul.
