Tomorrow’s weather September 20, 2024: Monsoon is raining heavily in many states of the country including Delhi-NCR. In the last two days, rain has once again made the weather pleasant. The temperature has also come down and people have got relief from the heat. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert regarding rain tomorrow. According to IMD, monsoon has become active again. Due to which there has been a change in weather activities in Madhya Pradesh and North India. Due to this weather activity, there is a possibility of rain in many states in the next 24 hours. Know what the weather will be like tomorrow.

It may rain again in Delhi-NCR

Due to the rain in Delhi on Wednesday, the temperature was recorded five degrees below normal. Moderate rain occurred in many parts of Delhi. And the Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a ‘yellow alert’ in the city. IMD has also issued a rain alert in Delhi for tomorrow. The Meteorological Department says that the sky will remain cloudy during the day tomorrow and there is a possibility of rain with thunder in some areas.

Chances of rain in many areas of Rajasthan

There is a possibility of rain in the eastern part of Rajasthan for the next 24 hours. In eastern Rajasthan, there was drizzle and light to moderate rain in 24 hours till Wednesday morning, while the weather remained dry in western Rajasthan. According to the Meteorological Department, the pressure area formed over Madhya Pradesh weakened and turned into a low pressure area. Due to this, there is a possibility of light rain tomorrow as well. The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of decrease in rain activities in eastern Rajasthan from September 19 and light to moderate rain is likely at some places.

Rain caused havoc in Himachal Pradesh

Incessant rains in Himachal Pradesh have blocked 32 roads for vehicular traffic and disrupted 26 power supply schemes. The weather department has issued a ‘yellow alert’ for thunderstorms and lightning till September 25. According to officials, since the onset of monsoon on June 27, 173 people have died in rain-related incidents in the state, while 31 people are missing. They said the state has suffered a loss of Rs 1,331 crore.

There may be heavy rain here in the next 24 hours

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in many states in the next 24 hours. IMD said that moderate to heavy rains are expected in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. At the same time, light to moderate rains may also occur in some parts of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Telangana. Apart from this, light to moderate rains are expected in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka. Along with this, light rains may also occur in Bihar, Jharkhand, South-East Rajasthan and Kerala.
