Yellow alert issued in Uttarakhand
The weather is going to deteriorate once again in Uttarakhand. Actually, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in four districts of the state. Along with this, a warning of heavy rain has also been issued in the hilly districts for the next four days. 46 roads are still closed due to continuous rain in Uttarakhand. Due to the closure of roads, people are facing a lot of problems in commuting. Among these roads, two national highways in Champawat district and one national highway and one state highway each in Tehri, Pauri, Dehradun, Pithoragarh, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar are closed.
Situation is improving in Assam
The flood situation in Assam improved on Friday and the water level is decreasing in various parts of the state. The Regional Meteorological Center (RMC) has predicted no rain in most parts of the state except the western districts during the day. Kamrup, Morigaon, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Goalpara, Shivsagar, Cachar, Dhubri, Karimganj, Nalbari, Nagaon, Dhemaji and Kamrup Metropolitan districts are affected by the floods.
