This week, cold wave may also occur in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Western Madhya Pradesh and Western Rajasthan. In South India, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal from 11 to 13 December. With the arrival of winter, minimum temperatures are expected to drop by 2-4 degrees Celsius over northwest, central and eastern India in the next three days, with no significant change thereafter.
