According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon is going to gain strength once again in Rajasthan. There is a rain alert in many districts in the coming three-four days. The Jaipur Center of the Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in many districts tomorrow. An orange alert for rain has also been issued on the next day i.e. September 2. The Meteorological Department says that rain activity may increase further from September 3-4.

Heavy rain predicted in Himachal Pradesh

Following rains in Himachal Pradesh, 72 roads have been closed and the weather department has warned of heavy rain at isolated places for the next two days. According to the State Emergency Operation Centre, of the 72 roads that have been closed, 35 are in Shimla, 15 in Mandi, nine in Kullu and one each in Una, Sirmaur, Lahaul and Spiti districts. The weather department has issued a ‘yellow’ alert for heavy rain, thunderstorm and lightning at isolated places in the state on September 2.
