Here Tom Cruise is honored with the Navy’s highest civilian award for his/her ‘contributing to the Navy and the Marine Corps’ through his/her work in ‘Top Gun’, ‘Born on the Fourth of July’, ‘A Few Good Men’ and the ‘Mission Impossible’ franchises.
