Today’s weather and AQI (18 November 2024): November is about to end but the severe cold has not yet started in Delhi-NCR. After snowfall in the mountains, cold knocked with fog in the plains two days ago. After which the day also started with fog in UP-Bihar including Delhi-NCR. Along with fog, there was also pollution in the capital Delhi. Due to which visibility has also been very low. In UP too, fog was seen in many areas today. How will the weather be in Delhi today?

Due to increasing pollution in Delhi, a blanket of fog and smog has spread. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for the next few days, which means that there may be dense fog in the morning and evening. The temperature is continuing to fall and it is likely to increase further in the coming days. From November 22, the temperature may drop by up to 3 degrees Celsius, due to which the need for warm clothes will be felt. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather of Delhi will remain clear for the next three days i.e. 19, 20 and 21 November. However, light to moderately dense fog may occur in the morning and evening.

The day started with fog in UP today

The effect of winter is gradually increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Dense fog is prevailing in many districts in the morning and night. However, due to sunshine during the day, the effect of cold is not much felt yet. According to meteorologists, the temperature may drop further from the last week of November and the fog may also become dense. Reduction in easterly winds and north-westerly winds may bring down the temperature by up to 2 degrees Celsius. At present, the maximum and minimum temperatures in most of the districts of Uttar Pradesh are above normal.

Rajasthan’s weather will change in the next five days

The effect of winter is increasing rapidly in Rajasthan. Due to snowfall in the mountains, there is dense fog in North Rajasthan as well as Shekhawati region. Apart from Bikaner, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, districts of Shekhawati like Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Churu are also covered with fog. According to the weather department, the temperature is likely to fall further in the coming days. The temperature in most cities of the state may drop by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius in the next five days. It feels a little hot during the day, but the nights have become quite cool. The temperature in Mount Abu has been below 10 degrees Celsius for the last three days.
