Heavy rain is forecast in Rajasthan. There may be rain at some places in Telangana, some parts of UP, Madhya Pradesh. Yellow alert regarding rain in Delhi

Talking about Delhi, the IMD has predicted generally cloudy weather and moderate rain in the city today i.e. Saturday. A yellow alert has been issued in the city. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum and minimum temperatures on Saturday are likely to be around 32 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively. Earlier on Friday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal. According to meteorological data, the humidity during the day was between 100 and 81 percent.

Chances of rain in West Bengal too

Rain is expected in West Bengal. According to the Meteorological Department, it may rain at some places today. Heavy rain is expected in the southern parts of the state from September 9 as the low pressure area will intensify and move forward. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has advised fishermen not to go to the coasts of West Bengal-Odisha from September 8-10. During this time, winds can blow at a speed of 40-50 kilometers per hour, which can sometimes reach up to 60 kilometers per hour.

Badra will rain in Rajasthan too, situation is getting worse

The spell of rain in Rajasthan is not stopping. According to the Meteorological Department, the spell of rain will continue for a few more days in the state. According to this, monsoon is likely to remain active in most parts of eastern Rajasthan for the next three-four days. There is a strong possibility of heavy and sometimes very heavy rains continuing in southern and south-eastern Rajasthan for the next three-four days. There is a possibility of reduction in heavy rains from September 10. At the same time, monsoon is likely to remain active in some parts of Jodhpur, Bikaner division of western Rajasthan for the next two-three days and there is a possibility of heavy rains at some places. There is a possibility of reduction in rain activities and increase in maximum temperature in Bikaner division from September 8 and in Jodhpur division from September 9. Due to heavy rains in Rajasthan, the water level in Bisalpur Dam located in Tonk district reached sufficient level, due to which four gates of the dam were opened on Friday.

Rain is still continuing in some parts of Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in some districts of the state today. These include Sonbhadra, Unnao, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Varanasi, Sant Kabir Nagar, Pratapgarh and Rae Bareli districts. In Madhya Pradesh too, there is a possibility of cloudy weather and rain in different districts today. Heavy rain is expected in many parts of Telangana today. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for many districts for the next four days. There is a possibility of torrential rain in Puducherry as well.
