Today, the maximum temperature of Delhi is expected to be 35 degrees and the minimum temperature is 28 degrees. If there is good rain during the day, the temperature may come down a bit. Let us tell you that in July so far, 82 percent less rainfall has been recorded in Delhi as compared to this period last year.

Rain alert in these districts of UP till August 2

Monsoon is once again showering its love in the form of rain in Uttar Pradesh. IMD has issued a yellow alert for medium to heavy rains in 23 districts of eastern UP including Gonda, Bahraich, Balrampur, Shravasti. At the same time, till August 4, heavy rains are expected in Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Barabanki, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur and its surrounding areas of Uttar Pradesh.

Heavy rain expected in Uttarakhand

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain at many places in Uttarakhand in the next 24 hours. IMD has issued a red alert in Tehri, Pauri, Dehradun, Champawat, Nainital, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar today. Due to heavy rains, schools in Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital and Tehri will remain closed today as well. The Disaster Control Department has asked people to avoid traveling to the mountains and has also forbidden them from leaving their homes unnecessarily.
