The Meteorological Department said that moderate rain is forecast in the capital from 29 June to 1 July. Thunderstorms will also occur along with rain on 30 June and 1 July. Pre-monsoon rain has been occurring in Delhi for the last few days, but it is troubling people by increasing the humidity level. The IMD said that the conditions are favorable for the monsoon to advance.
Rain in these areas in UP

Yellow alert has been issued in Himachal on 28 and 29 June. Continuous rain has also been predicted in many parts of the state till July 1. The Meteorological Department says that this time too the monsoon can enter on the normal date. Talking about Uttarakhand, monsoon can knock here on 27 June. There are chances of heavy rain in the first week here. Monsoon, which usually arrives on 20 June, is going to arrive on 27 June. However, before this, pre-monsoon rain will give relief from the heat.
When will it rain in Punjab-Haryana?
In Punjab and Haryana too, the weather will remain normal till June 28 and heavy rain with thunderstorms is expected on June 29. In these two states, the mercury is likely to remain high along with heatwave from June 26 to 28. Like Delhi, here too rain will knock on the weekend.
