It may rain in Delhi-NCR

Good rain has been recorded in the capital Delhi in the last two days. After the rain, the temperature of Delhi has also dropped and people have got relief from the heat. Such a cold morning was recorded in the month of September after the last 15 years in Delhi. The minimum temperature in Delhi on Thursday morning was 21.1 degrees, which is four degrees below normal. According to the Meteorological Department, the sky of Delhi will remain cloudy even today. Although there is no possibility of heavy rain, there may be light drizzle. Apart from this, there may be a slight increase in the temperature of Delhi today.

Rainy season will continue in Rajasthan

The weather department has predicted rain in some districts of Rajasthan in the next 24 hours. Rain may occur in the areas of eastern Rajasthan, while the weather will remain dry in western Rajasthan. The pressure area formed over Madhya Pradesh has weakened, due to which the rain activities will now decrease. However, light to moderate rain may occur in eastern Rajasthan today. But due to Western Disturbance from Jaisalmer of Rajasthan to Madhya Pradesh, drizzle may continue for a few days.

Rainfall in the mountains

Along with the plains, rain is causing havoc in the mountains these days. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain and landslide alert in the hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand today. Due to the heavy rains in the past few days, traffic in Himachal Pradesh is badly affected. Dozens of roads are closed. However, now these states will start getting relief from rain. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Uttarakhand will start clearing now. Light rain may still occur in some areas. According to the Meteorological Department, in Himachal, rain will continue for the next few days till September 20 and even after that.

Now there will be a break on heavy rain

The Meteorological Department said in its forecast that from today onwards, heavy rains will start to stop across the country. There is no possibility of heavy rain in any part of the country during the next 4-5 days. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Andaman and Nicobar on 20 and 21 September, while light to moderate rains may occur in other states. There is no warning of heavy rain anywhere on 21 September. Apart from this, a heavy rain warning has been issued in Northeast India and Odisha on 22 September. But from 23 September, rains may once again intensify and heavy rains may occur in Central and North India along with Northeast.
