The company said on Tuesday that it plans to add more than 3,000 employees over the next five years in areas including engineering, design, luxury, digital, data analytics, marketing and sales. According to Bhasha news, a statement from the company said that the company is looking for professionals with specialized skills like data analytics, cyber security, product management, digital marketing and other new-age skills.

Direction to become a business worth Rs 1,00,000 crore

According to the news, the company said that we are starting an exciting journey towards becoming a business worth Rs 1,00,000 crore in the next 5 years. Will continue to recruit campus talent

Additionally, in line with its focus on innovation and technology, Titan plans to increase the percentage of employees in engineering roles to 50 percent over the next 2-3 years, according to the news. Titan Campus will continue to hire talent and is expected to contribute 15-18 per cent to the total hiring every year. The company recently launched a ‘women-centric return-ship programme’ which has helped it recruit 40 per cent of its new employees in the first quarter as women.
