West Indies last toured Pakistan for a Test series in 2006. However, in the meantime, West Indies has come to Pakistan twice for the white ball series.

The West Indies team will play a three-day practice match against Pakistan Shaheens (Pakistan A team) from January 10 in Islamabad before the opening Test to be played in Multan from January 17. The second test of the series will be played in Multan from January 25. This will be the last series of both the teams in the current session of the ICC World Test Championship (2023-2025). Both the teams are at the bottom position in the points table.
