need these things

One cup wheat flour

One cup ragi flour
Water to knead the dough

For filling- 1 cup sattu
Half cup – celery
Half teaspoon – salt
One teaspoon – grated ginger
one- green chilli
Half cup kalonji
One fourth teaspoon red chilli powder
One – chopped onion
1 cup pickle spice
Half cup – green coriander
Fenugreek leaves – 1/4 cup

Method of making Sattu Paratha

First of all, knead sattu and ragi flour in a vessel.

For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients mentioned here.

Now make small balls for the paratha.

Now roll the dough and let the pan heat on low flame.

On the other side, fill one tablespoon of masala in the dough and close it.

Now roll the paratha and put it on the pan. Bake it well on both sides.

As soon as the paratha turns golden brown, remove it from the pan and serve it with chutney. Method of making Sattu Paratha
