Deepak Chahar played his last match for India in December 2022. Deepak said that it is not good for a player to be disappointed. You cannot control what is not in your hands. It is in my power to remain fit and available for the team. I am ready in that matter and will give 100 percent for the team whenever I get a chance. Deepak was out of the Indian team due to injury and has not got a place in the team for the upcoming World Cup and Asian Games. He said that my career has been greatly affected due to injury. Injuries of players also depend on their body type. Some people get hurt less but I get hurt more even after doing everything I can. I pay full attention to diet, exercise and training.
