Bumrah said- Rohit isolated himself
At the time of the toss, Jasprit Bumrah told commentator Ravi Shastri that our captain Rohit Sharma has distanced himself from this Test. Bumrah said that this clearly shows how much unity there is in our team. Here Bumrah’s excuse is that Rohit has not been dropped but he/she himself voluntarily decided to opt out of the Sydney Test. Bumrah had to talk about unity in the team because two days ago there were reports of discord in Team India. After this, a day before the Sydney Test, Team India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir had to clarify this in a press conference. Gambhir said that leaking news of Team India’s dressing room is not a good thing. However, he/she termed it as just a report.
