Israel Labor Jobs for Indians: The friendship between India and Israel is not hidden from anyone. Due to the war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Israel is facing a shortage of workers these days. After the start of the war with Hamas, a ban has been imposed on one lakh Palestinian workers, due to which there are now problems in everyday work there. In view of the shortage of workers in the country, Israel has now sought help from its friend India and now it is going to recruit workers from here. Actually, Israel has once again requested India to recruit 10,000 construction workers i.e. laborers and 5,000 caregivers i.e. employees who take care of people. According to the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Israel is taking this step to meet the shortage of skilled workers in its infrastructure and health sectors. A similar request was made by Israel earlier this year as well, after which people were appointed.

In which categories will the recruitment for jobs be done?

According to NSDC, Israel’s Population, Immigration and Border Authority (PIBA) has requested the government to recruit people for jobs in four special categories. These include framework, iron bending, plastering and ceramic tiling. A team from PIBA will visit India in the coming week to assess the skills of candidates for these posts. The second round of the recruitment drive for construction workers will be held in Maharashtra.

Israel will also recruit 5000 care workers

Not only this, but Israel also needs 5,000 care workers to strengthen its health services. According to NSDC, candidates who have passed at least 10th class and have obtained a Caregiving Certificate from a recognized Indian institute. Also, if they have completed a Caregiving course with at least 990 hours of on-the-job training, they can apply for the post of care workers in Israel.

How much salary will I get if I get a job in Israel?

In fact, when construction workers were recruited earlier in Israel, a total of 16,832 candidates appeared for the skill exam in their respective trades, out of which 10,349 candidates were selected. This time, the people selected will be provided a salary of Rs 1.92 lakh per month, medical insurance, food and accommodation. These candidates will also be given a bonus of Rs 16,515 per month.
