In fact, during this reception, thieves cleaned the pockets of about 10 people and stole their purses. After committing the theft, the thieves took out money from all the purses and put these purses in a bag and threw them in the drain. People had important documents in these purses. Then a person got this bag, then he/she contacted all the purse owners and returned their purses. The leaders’ faces lit up when they got back their stolen purses. They were all happy that the money was gone but their important documents were saved.
