Often people make a common mistake that they take out milk from the fridge and put it straight to boil. The temperature of the milk is very cold and hence it does not react if put directly on high flame.

So after keeping it at room temperature for some time, boil it on medium flame, when it is about to boil, reduce the flame so that it can cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Due to this, thick cream will be formed in the milk. Now do not keep the hot milk covered completely, rather keep it open for some time. Use a sieve to cover it, when covering it with a plate, be careful to leave some space empty. And, when it comes to room temperature, keep it inside the fridge.

You can use another method to boil milk. For this, put some water at the bottom of the vessel and then pour milk over it. Now cook it on medium flame. When bubbles start appearing in the milk, move it a little to the side with a spoon. You will have to do this process 3-4 times. This will cook the milk well and you will get thick cream.

Because the reaction on milk happens more quickly in an earthen pot and thick cream is formed from it. You just have to store lukewarm and overcooked milk in an earthen pot. In this also, when steam is coming out of the milk, do not cover it completely but wait for a while.
