Food is a basic necessity for humans. Our diet includes many items that provide ample nutrition. Yet eating some of these items can make us sick. This happens because sometimes we eat items that look good but actually grow bacteria very quickly. We think that these items will never expire, but there are fruits, vegetables and some such items whose expiry date is only a day or two.

Most of these food items are not edible the next day. This happens due to temperature. If your kitchen is very hot or there is no air at all, then the food items kept here get spoiled within a few hours. Consumption of these contaminated foods increases the risk of food borne diseases.
