Prepare the mixture like this

- Grate 10 Indian gooseberries and 3 beetroot
- Spread it on a plate, then add 1 teaspoon of black or chutney salt to it and let it dry for 3-4 days
- Keep the plate in a sunlight-filled place indoors for 3-4 days.
- If you want to dry it outside, cover the plate with a muslin cloth and do not keep it in direct sunlight.

What to do if there is no gooseberry

You can eat boiled beetroot mixed with a pinch of amla powder and a pinch of salt as a salad. This will give the same benefits. You can also mix amla powder with beetroot powder and salt (to taste) and consume 1 teaspoon every morning when fresh amla and beetroot are not available in your area.
