The Supreme Court said that ‘We have highlighted all the shortcomings of the structural processes of NTA in our judgment. Keeping in mind the interest of the students, we cannot tolerate this.’ The court said that whatever issues have come up, the Center will have to find a solution to them this year itself, so that this does not happen again.
