There is a need to save people from the burden of road toll tax and increased air fares, know what are the expectations from the new government

Special Correspondent, New Delhi: In the new government too, Nitin Gadkari has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Road Transport and National Highways. Gadkari has made a special contribution in the renovation of the national highways in the country and building new toll roads. Preventing accidents on high-speed expressways is also a big challenge for him/her. People are getting the benefit of new roads, but the toll tax levied on the highways is irritating. People say that it is better to build good roads, but for this, too much burden should not be put on their pockets.

On the other hand, this time the command of the Civil Aviation Ministry has been handed over from Jyotiraditya Scindia to Ram Mohan Naidu. There will be a lot of expectations from them in this sector. The challenge is to increase the number of airplanes in the country according to the increasing air passengers, increase regional connectivity, reduce the problem of flights getting cancelled or delayed at the last minute and keep the fares according to the pocket of the common man. There is no cap on the fares on airlines in the aviation sector. Still, there have been many occasions when the sky-high air fares have come down after the intervention of the Civil Aviation Minister.
