The world will not stare, the 5th generation fighter aircraft will be made at home … Defense Minister told the resolution of the Modi government

New Delhi: The Modi government is insisting on meeting the goal of the self -sufficient Bharat Abhiyan on the basis of the Make in India campaign. For self -sufficiency in the defense sector, now areas considered sensitive for private sector companies have also been opened. Meanwhile, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has said that the government has pledged to build fifth generation fighter aircraft in the country itself. A day before the Aero India show, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh made this big announcement on Sunday. he/she informed that India has made sure to build fifth generation fighter aircraft in the country itself. This aero India show is special as it will show two powerful fifth generation fighter aircraft F35 and Russia’s SU57.

Modern platforms being built in India

The Defense Minister said before the start of the air show, ‘Modern platforms like LCA Tejas, LCH Prachanda and C295 are now being made in India. Apart from this, we have taken determination to build fifth generation fighter aircraft in the country itself. These achievements, which once seemed impossible, are now becoming a reality. he/she also informed that domestic defense production in this financial year has been more than ₹ 1.27 lakh crore. By next year it is expected to reach ₹ 1.6 lakh crore and export ₹ 30,000 crore. Domestic production has accelerated, but important projects such as the fifth generation Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft are currently at the stage of development. The private sector is expected to participate in the private sector. The defense minister said, ‘We have worked to empower the private sector in defense and aerospace industries. We have got unprecedented success. Today there is a rich private defense industry in India which has firmly established itself and is making significant contribution to our national security. Meaning now, along with government companies, private companies are also making necessary items to protect the country.

Two major attractions of Aero India Show

The main attraction of this year’s Aero India show is the two fifth generation fighter aircraft, F35 and SU57 of the US and Russia. More than 900 exhibitions are participating in the event, including 150 foreign exhibitors. Representatives from more than 80 countries will also come, out of which 30 countries are sending their Defense Minister or any representative.

A day before the show, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal AP Singh and Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi flew into indigenous light combat aircraft. This was a way to show support to domestic manufacturing. Think, our own army chiefs are flying in a fighter aircraft built in our country! This is a matter of pride for our country. This shows how much we are progressing in the field of defense. The Aero India show will give the world the message of our growing strength.
