New Delhi. There are many stories about former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli. Everyone has noticed that when he/she came into the team and then became the captain, there was a lot of change in his/her behavior. Virat’s senior spinner Amit Mishra, who played for Delhi, talked about his/her changed behavior and told how he/she changed after suddenly getting fame and power.

Amit Mishra, while talking to Shubhankar, said, “I have known Cheeku since he/she was 14 or 12 years old. I have known him/her since the time he/she used to eat samosas and wanted pizza at night. There is a lot of difference between Cheeku and captain Virat Kohli. A person should not change. Although even today when he/she meets me, he/she talks to me with respect but it is not the same as it was earlier.”

he/she further said, “I saw a change in Virat Kohli, he/she changed a lot from Chiku to Virat. There was a lot of change in between. Our conversation had reduced. We used to talk almost negligible. This change came because of the fame and power that Virat Kohli got. When you get some power, you start thinking that everyone wants to talk to you for some selfish reason. I have never behaved like this with anyone.”

Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh also said something similar about Virat Kohli. Everyone believes that Rohit Sharma is the same today as he/she was when he/she joined Team India. Virat Kohli is not what he/she was when he/she joined Team India. Rohit did not change at all with the seniors even after becoming the captain and earning fame, whereas Virat’s behavior changed.
